Combined Synopsis/Solicitation
(IAW FAR 12.603)
Solicitation Number: FA8125-20-Q-0061
STRATASYS, INC. 3D PRINTER PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in
Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 13. The government intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price (FFP) contract for STRATASYS, INC. 3D PRINTER
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE service. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal
Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice
(DPN) 20190628, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2018-0525.
The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award one firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of items listed below. AFSC/PZIMA will select the quote that will provide the best value to the Government.
This is a Sole Source acquisition. Please see attached Sole source justification.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The 76th CMXG requires the purchase of the “Emerald Care” Annual System Maintenance for one (1)
Stratasys Fortus 450mc 3D Printer (SN: K00637). Three (3) Fortus 900mc (SN L0561), (SN L2164), and
(SN L2166) 3D Printers. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, and quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the tasks as outlined in the Emerald Care package listed in Attachment 1 at the Oklahoma City -Air Logistics
Complex (OC-ALC). The equipment is listed in Appendix A.
1.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services, parts and Original Equipment
Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and this PWS.
1.3 Requested Services: All services listed out under the Emerald Care package. The services listed in the Emerald Care Package are as follows:
Call Center Services 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM During Business Days
On-site service visits 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM During Business Days (Within 3 business days)
Preventative Maintenance performed annually by certified Stratasys service representative at factory recommended maintenance intervals. Preventative maintenance procedures may be completed in conjunction with unscheduled or emergency service visits (Including Preventive
Maintenance Kit).
Customer will receive priority scheduling of a certified field service representative after a problem is reported to the Stratasys Call Center and the need for an on-site service visit is determined.
User training courses available at Stratasys premises while under maintenance agreement at a
50% discount.
Replacement of all defective or worn machine parts.

Updates / modifications as deemed necessary by Stratasys will be installed when available throughout the maintenance period.
Stratasys-developed software maintenance releases provided throughout the maintenance period.
16% discount on PolyJet (All Types) & F123 Series Extrusion heads (All Types)
5% discount on Part print services at Stratays Direct Manufacturing.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
FOB Destination to Tinker AFB, OK 73145. Shipping must be included in price. Net 30.
