16. Description: ADMET Software or Equal License Renewal. CTP will use the renewed
ADMET Predictor or equivalent software licenses to predict 140 properties including physico-chemical properties. Those properties are critical in vivo pharmacokinetic properties including sites of CYP metabolism, and various toxicities such as cardiotoxicity (hERG channel block), hepatotoxicity (elevation of liver damage markers), endocrine toxicity (estrogen and androgen receptor binding), reproductive/developmental toxicity, phospholipidosis, skin and respiratory sensitization, genotoxicity (Ames mutagenicity and chromosomal aberrations) and carcinogenicity (rat and mouse TD50).
CTP will use ADMET Predictor license renewals to create QSAR/QSPR models based on in-house data, and to perform advanced data mining, clustering, and matched molecular pair analysis. No NSN is assigned. Competition: SIMULATIONS PLUS, INC is the only authorized seller for the proprietary software manufacturer ADMET.
This solicitation is for ADMET or equal license renewals and support. FDA anticipates a Base period of 12 months, and four (4) option periods of 12 months each.
