About this file
This is a CNY Bid Form for a construction project in Syracuse, New York, involving the removal and replacement of a retaining wall at 101 Rolland Terrace. The project scope includes removing approximately 80 inches of existing wood retaining wall and installing a Versa-Lock retaining wall system. This is designated as a New York State Public Works project under PRC# 2026009809, which means prevailing wages must be paid to all workers. A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, June 25th at 9:00 a.m. at the project site, with all prospective bidders encouraged to attend to observe conditions and assess project requirements.
The bid form is structured to collect contractor pricing information and qualifications for this public works project. As a NYS Public Works project, all applicable prevailing wage requirements and labor regulations must be observed. The form serves as the mechanism through which interested bidders submit their proposals for the retaining wall removal and installation work. Specific pricing terms, bid submission deadlines, and award dates are contained within the form documentation, which contractors must complete in accordance with New York State procurement requirements.
