Statement of Work (SOW) For repairs to USCGC HARRIET LANE Bronze Duplex Strainer
1. Background and Current Observed Issues CGC HARRIET LANE is requesting the purchase of (2) new auxiliary sea water strainers due to irreparable failure of the old units. A direct replacement is no longer manufactured.
ASW Strainer Information:
1. Control Factors Part Number: 72-44F-SPEC
2. 3" 150#ANSI FLG, B-61 Bronze Duplex Strainer
3. Monel 400 Strainers Baskets with 1/32" Perforations.
4. Bronze Plug Assembly, Quick Open Covers (200 PSIG max)
5. Standard Graphite Packing, Standard Synthetic Fiber Gaskets.
6. Valve Handle, Hand Clamps, Swing Closure and all bolting in 316 SSTL
7. Drain Plugs in Monel
8. Made in USA

3. REQUIREMENTS
Ships forces will be installing the units. Must be a Control Factors Model No. 72-44F-SPEC due to meeting Marine and MIL Spec requirements.
