Amendment 0001 Questions & Answers

Question #1: What is the likelihood that the archive dates in CLINS9-19 and 20-30 (archive dates 1-11) will extend beyond the stated period of performance (i.e., 12/31/2017)?

Answer #1: The archive dates will not extend beyond the period of performance. As stated at the end of PWS Section 2.3, the month-end archive dates are expected to occur between September 30, 2015 and November 30, 2017 inclusive, which is within the stated period of performance ending December 31, 2017.

Question #2: What is the purpose of CLIN31?

Answer #2: As described in PWS Section 2.4, Optional CLIN 0031 is an optional data service that, if exercised, would permit the OCC to obtain anonymized credit record data from the files of one (or two) other credit bureaus as identified by the OCC. Using the NID, the OCC would then append anonymized credit data provided by the vendor with anonymized credit data provided by the second credit bureau in order to obtain a more complete understanding of the credit activity and performance of consumers.
