3 1 ea INSTALLATION Scope of work:

• Disconnect and remove existing product. Move to the back of the dock for disposal by the Government.

• Uncrate, assemble, and set into place new equipment.

• Connect to existing utilities (existing utilities must be no more than three meters away)

• Modify where applicable, existing piping to accept new equipment.

• Test and operate new equipment to make sure it is working properly.

* Must Include Receptacle for new equipment (Receptacle To be Determined)

NOTE:

•Does not include ventilation or ducting modification, will utilize current.

•Old equipment and packing material of new units to be disposed of by the Government.

•Coordinate with the end user for dates when installation is going to be conducted, while minimizing feeding operations.

•Job to be performed during normal business hours (0800‐1600).

•GOVERNMENT to provide all adequate utilities. All required utilities such as water supply, drain and electrical termination connections.

•INSTALLER will be responsible to provide all necessary materials and trades (plumbing, electrician, welder, etc.) to complete the tasking.
