This requirement is for the Brand Name product (Vocera) and the requirement will be set aside for SDVOSB. This need is to continue the service, licenses, and hardware use from the current contract set to expire on May 31, 2021.
This action will be a new Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a base year and 4 one-year options for, vendor maintenance and support. It is integrated with our patient alarm systems and is built into the SOPs of nearly all hospital services. Failure to renew the service of this contract would result in catastrophic breakdown of hospital operations.
