To facilitate this effort the Lottery is accepting responses from qualified Architecture and Engineering (A&E) firms licensed in the state of California that wish to provide a full range of on-call architectural design and consultation services for a range of projects across our building portfolio.
The Lottery will not consider responses from partnerships and joint ventures. Only one responder will be considered the prime contractor while all others will be subcontractors. Subcontractors are to be identified in Attachment 1, Transmittal Letter and as part of the Statement of Qualifications.
