Text version
1. Is the Fanuc control absolute or can we offer an equal control and drive package? No a Fanuc is not required.
2. Is print available for the cylinder and mounting to the pillow blocks, which is needed to price the manufacture of a new system. How are the pillow blocks mounted to the existing table? Pillow blocks mount to intermediate stanchion (dove tail mount for one type and T-slot for other to tables). What is the diameter of the support shafts that are in the support bearings? SKF22310 tapered bore bearing which I believe equates to a 50mm tapered shaft. What is the material of the cylinder? Steel. We really need a drawing to make this fixture. We do have (had) some drawings for the pillow blocks and cylinder still trying to find.
3. Please explain what you mean "OPTIONAL" for the steel cylinder for 50 subject? What if we use the original fixture and pillow blocks? I would to use the existing cylinder and pillow blocks (Dove tail mounting at base connecting to table) key is SKF 22310 bearing (spherical bearing – tapered bore we have numerous sets because they only make them once a year) but would like to have an option to purchase the bigger cylinder for our larger subject plates.
4. Can the 4 foot high wall on the outside of the parking lot be removed to allow a crane to access the window in the building? Who would do this? We would use the roll up door that we looked at which is 18 feet off the ground to the base of the opening - no wall to deal with.
5. Is there a drawing available for the freight elevator, with the safety specifications for loading? Yes, but elevator #4 would be preferred for use.
6. Do you have a standard form we can use as a reference for the required commissioning report, we typically utilize Microsoft project and develop a timeline format is that acceptable? That is acceptable.
7. Our machine weighs 22,000 pounds. Is the floor in your shop rated to hold that much weight? Our floor can be made to accept any amount of weight.
