BAA-RVKD-2014-0003, Call 0006 “HPEM Effects Analysis” Question and Answer 1 Date: 16 March 2017

1. Section 14.0 of the Call requires two separate Technical/Management Volumes; one for the Basic indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) and one Task Order 1. The Call does not define if one or two Cost/Business Volumes are required. Does the Government require one combined Cost/Business Volume for IDIQ and Task Order, or two separate Volumes like Technical/Management proposals?

Response: The anticipated award is an IDIQ type of contract. One Cost/Business volume is required, which should cover both the IDIQ and the task order.
