QUESTION # 1

Provide a list of at least three projects (but no more than 5) that describes your experience in HVAC unit removal and installation.

QUESTION # 2

Please provide experience with relevant certifications for your key personnel, including site superintendent. At least 10 years of experience shall be demonstrated on construction projects with similar trade disciplines, scope, and scale. Certifications shall be relevant and current.

QUESTION # 3

Provide example of past experience and/or approach to removing and installing HVAC equipment within a sensitive site location (historic, ecological, or constrained in nature) which requires a limited footprint of disturbance.
