Attachment 0003 Virtual TEAMS SITE VISIT INFORMATION The National Park Service invites you to attend a virtual site inspection for identifying museum collections at non-nps repositories for Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The Virtual Site Visit will be held at the time and place listed below:

LOCATION: Microsoft TEAMs

TIME: 10:00 a.m. (EST) DATE: Thursday, July 7, 2022

*Two Attendees per Offeror is allotted. Each Contractor will have to email the POC for the Virtual Site Visit to be invited to the TEAMs meeting.

The purpose of this meeting is for contractors to ascertain the complexities and the location of current collections, along with general local conditions which could materially affect conduct of operations of the cost thereof. Any questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the email address below NO LATER THAN 5:00pm (EST) on Friday, July 15, 2022. A summary of questions and answers arising from the site visit and/or review of the package will be provided to all prospective contractors as they arise. Only those written answers provided to all offerors will be the Government's official response to questions. Information provided at this virtual site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the request for quote and specifications. No oral questions will be accepted. Terms of the request for proposal and specifications remain unchanged unless the Request for quote is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of RFQ amendments shall apply.

We consider attendance at this virtual site inspection vital to the preparation of a competitive and cost-effective quote, and to understand the total result desired by the Government. Failure to attend this inspection may not be used as an excuse for omissions or miscalculations in quotes. It is again emphasized that it is most advantageous for each contractor to have qualified representation at the site inspection. *NO individual site inspections will be conducted. However, RSVP is required for this site visit by emailing POC for attendance.
