SOLICITATION NO. 140F0822Q0049 -- U.S. FISH & WILDLIFE SERVICE (GAOA)
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation number for this request is 140F0822Q0049.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-88 effective 16 May 2016) and DIAR revised thru 19 March 2015.
(iv) This is full and open to all business sizes. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990, with a corresponding size standard of $16.50 million. All offerors must disclose their size standard in the submitted quotation to be considered responsive to this solicitation.
(v) Pricing for aggregate must be provided in accordance with the requirements listed at the end of this document. The Federal Government is tax-exempt.
(vi) Description of Requirements: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service have a requirement for Historic Preservation Services For the Documentation and Evaluation of New Deal Era Facilities at Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, New Mexico:

(vii) The period of performance for the above noted item(s) is: 10 days after award date. See the attached statement of work for specific project details.
(viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and addenda to the provision includes all quotes to be in English and priced in U.S. dollars. FAR provision and clauses are available for review at http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
(ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, does not apply to this acquisition. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Buyer intends to issue award using a fixed-priced purchase based on price, availability, and price related factors.
(x) Successful offeror must be registered in the System Award Management website at www.sam.gov, to include FAR provisions 52.212-3, Offeror Representatives and Certification-Commercial Items, at the time the quote is due.
(xi) FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.

*Contractors must be on the SHPO Directory of Qualified Supervisory Personnel under architectural history, historic architecture, or history.
