About this file
This price schedule outlines pricing terms for a federal contract to provide propane deliveries and transportation services to Mojave National Preserve over two option years. The contractor will make multiple deliveries of propane to 23 tanks totaling 14,000 gallons located across four areas of the preserve. Transportation costs are fixed per trip, with the contract allowing for up to 25 trips per year. Pricing will remain fixed for optional Year 1 and Year 2 of the contract. The solicitation was issued by the National Park Service Pacific West Region within the Department of the Interior for propane services at Mojave National Preserve. Evaluation will be based on the total fixed price for all CLINs over the base year and two options. Notifications are required if anticipated costs exceed the noted not-to-exceed amounts by CLIN.
