Requested Specifications: 3”x 6” Length: 12’ Species: Western Red Cedar Finish: Full Sawn Grade: Select Tight Knot (STK) Quantity: 500 Delivery Location: Olympic Hot Springs Road, Port Angeles, WA 98363 (Elwha Boneyard) Port Angeles, WA 98363
Requested Specifications: 4”x 6” Length: 12’ Species: Western Red Cedar Finish: Full Sawn Grade: Select Tight Knot (STK) Quantity: 300 Delivery Location: Elwha Bone Yard: Approximately 4 miles off Highway 101 on Olympic Hot Springs Road Port Angeles, WA 98363
Requested Specifications: 3”x 12” Length 12’ Species: Western Red Cedar Finish: Rough Sawn Grade: #2 Select Tight Knot (STK) Quantity: 100 Delivery Location: Elwha Bone Yard: Approximately 4 miles off Highway 101 on Olympic Hot Springs Road Port Angeles, WA 98363
Inspection and Acceptance:
Zach Gray will be responsible for inspecting and receiving items and also insuring equipment matches the National Park Service, Olympic National Park’s specification. Zach will also review and approve invoice for payment during the performance period of this contract.
Deliveries or Performance:
Deliver to the following locations on or before 06-30-2022:
Olympic National Park Maintenance Yard (gravel parking lot) Olympic Hot Springs Road Port Angeles, WA 98363
Point of Contact for this order is Zach Gray, Office (360) 565-3179 or Cell (360) 775-9340, email: zachary_gray@nps.gov. Delivery date and time will need to be scheduled with Zach.
Deliveries will be accepted on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays only, between the time of 7:30am and 3:30pm. Vendor will be responsible for the unloading of trucks at specified delivery location. The unloading surface is compact gravel and will require a forklift that can operate on a gravel surface.
