Provide and replace at each visit, 100% recycled trash can liners. Ashtrays shall be free of smoking materials.

Empty female trash receptacles and replace with clean can liner. In addition, clean all hard surface floors, and remove trash as prescribed above. Furnish restroom supplies as required.
Clean with materials that comply with the environmental standards of Germany. Maintain minimum restroom supply levels. After cleaning, the restroom surfaces shall be free from streaks, stains, scale, scum urine deposits, mineral deposits, and rust stains.

Clean with materials that comply with the environmental standards of Germany. Maintain minimum restroom supply levels. After cleaning, the restroom surfaces shall be free from streaks, stains, scale, scum urine deposits, mineral deposits, and rust stains.

Clean all windows with appropriate cleaner to streak free as weather permits, including wiping off sills, inside and outside.
Contractor employees shall utilize proper safety equipment when cleaning windows on the second and third floors.

Clean and maintain PVC, rubberized, natural stone, ceramic, carpet, wooden, and laminate flooring. All wooden and laminate floors shall be cleaned in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions. PVC and rubberized flooring shall be cleaned and waxed.
Carpets shall be free of soil and stains.
All other hard flooring shall be free of scuffmarks, heel marks, and discoloration.
