| KY Vital Events Tracking System (KVETS), to include: |

3. Marriage and Divorce Information KVETS is a component of the Office of Vital Statistics modernization effort. It is the so-called “back-end” component to the KY-CHILD and KY-EDRS applications.
KY-CHILD is the statewide data collection tool/web-application which includes Certificate of Birth, Hearing, Immunization and Lab Data for the entry and capture of newborn demographic information.
KY-EDRS is the statewide data collection tool/web-application for deaths recorded in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
