Wireless Touch-Panel Control Interface (4) – Apple iPad Air. The iPad Air is a mobile touch-panel device that sends and receives control information with the control system over a wireless network to remotely control various system components. A custom control interface is installed on the iPad for use with this system.
Important: Do not update the iPad operating system or the Crestron app.
updates may create incompatibilities with the AV system, making it inoperable and voiding the warranty.
Blu-Ray Player (2) – Denon DN-500B. The Denon DN-500B is the Blu-Ray player for the amphitheater. It is capable of playing Blu-Ray, DVD, and audio
CD.
Control System (4) – Crestron AV3. The Crestron AV3 is the control processor for the system.
RF Transmitter (4) – Listen LT-800-72. One of the Listen’s sends Audio
Description to theater 1, one sends Hearing Assist to theater 1, one sends
Audio description to theater 2, and one sends Hearing Assist to theater 2.
Power Distribution – Juice Goose JG-9. The JG-9 is a surge protector providing power to up to eight devices in the rack.
Projector (2) – Panasonic PT-RZ570. The Panasonic PT-RZ5720 is a 5,200 lumens lampless laser projector that is installed in both theaters.
AV Receiver (2) – Marantz SR5011. The SR5011 receives all the input source signals from the rack mount inputs (HDMI and VGA with audio) input plates, HD player, and Blu-ray player. The unit then routes these signals to the speakers and powered subwoofer.

VGA to HDMI converter (2) – KanexPro VGARLHD. The VGARLHD is a VGA to
HDMI converter. The unit provides conversion from a VGA input (found on older computers) with audio to a HDMI output.
Media Player (4) – Brightsign XT1143. The Brightsign is the 4K media player for the theaters.
Charging Station Rack Dock (2) – Crestron IDOC-PAD-LCA2-DSWC-B. The
Crestron IDOC is a charging station on the rack for the wireless touch panels.
Audio Processor (2) – BSS BLU-100. The Soundweb London BLU-100 is a digital mixer that routes all audio signals in both theater systems.
Power Amplifier (2) – QSC CX302 GFP. The QSC CX302 is an audio amplifier that provides power to the subwoofers in the main theater.
Amplifier – Stewart Audio DA-70-2. The Stewart Audio DA-70-2 is the surround speaker amp, it provides power to the surround speakers in theater 1.
Wireless (4) – Telex FMR-500. The Telex FMR-500 is the receiver for the GFP wireless system.
UPS (2) – Tripp Lite HTR22-3U GFP. The Tripp Lite HTR22-3U provides the rack uninterruptable power.

Button Panel (5) – CNX- B8 GFP (2), C2N-DB8 (2), C2N-DB12 GFP. The CNX-B8’s are the button panels in the front of the theaters.
The C2N-DB8’s are the button panels in the racks.
The C2N-DB12 is the button panel at the front desk.
Listen WIFI Server (2) – PLS-900-04-A1. The Listen PLS-900-04-A1 provides both Audio Description and Hearing Assist from both theaters through a Wi-Fi signal.
Wireless Antennas. Telex UAD4. The Telex UAD4 is the antennas for the Telex FMR-500 wireless receivers.

The Lincoln’s Home Theater AV system has been updated to play the park media from the Brightsign 4K player as well as the computer/auxiliary system input. The system will congruently transmit the movie’s audio and accompanying audio description to patrons by way of RF Transmitters and Receivers for auditory and visual assistance.
The AV system is operated by an iPad wireless touch-panel that can be used throughout the theaters.
Important: Do not update the iPad operating system or the Crestron app. updates may create incompatibilities with the AV system, making it inoperable and voiding the warranty.
At the time of installation, the iPad password is 135246. This password is subject to change.
To change password: Turn on IPad. Go to Settings>General>Passcode Lock> Change Passcode
THEATER AV SYSTEM POWER-UP

1. Using index finger, swipe left and/or right through iPad application pages to find the Crestron Mobile Pro G® application. Touch the Crestron Mobile Pro G® application to open AV system control interface.
Note: Do not turn on/off Theater 2 while the movie is playing in Theater 1.
2. Once the Crestron Mobile Pro G® application has loaded, this splash screen will be displayed. Touch the screen in the “TOUCH HERE” area to continue

3. When the iPad power-up is complete, it will display the interface Home page. This page doubles as the “MAIN CONTROL FUNCTIONS” page.
4. To get to the menu to turn on the theaters press the “Theater Control”
5. To power up “Theater #1” press “System On”
6. A confirmation screen will pop-up asking if you want to turn “Theater #1” on. Press “YES” to turn “Theater #1” on.
At the end of the power up cycle, the Main Control Functions Page will be displayed.

7. To switch to “Theater #2” press “Theater #1”
8. To power up “Theater #2” press “System On”
9. A confirmation screen will pop-up asking if you want to turn “Theater #2” on. Press “YES” to turn “Theater #2” on.
At this point both racks and all its components will be powered on unless they have been individually switched off. Turn on any such devices before powering up the system.
SET AUTO/MANUAL MODE

1. To toggle between the automatic and manual modes of the system, press the button in the position currently labeled “MANUAL” and hold for one second until it changes. If the video source is not on the “PARK MOVIE” when changing to “AUTO” the power button will flash, until settings are automatically reset to the park video source.

2. When this button is labeled “MANUAL”, the operator is able to control the system and change settings. When the button in this position is labeled “AUTO” the system will automatically play the park film according to the schedule, but no changes can be made. Do not forget to set the system back to “AUTO” mode after making changes.
VIDEO PROJECTOR CONTROL

1. With the AV system powered up and in “MANUAL” mode, press and hold the “POWER ON” button for one second to turn on the projector for the theater you have selected.
3. To power down the projector, press and hold the “POWER OFF” button for one second to turn off the projector for the theater you have selected.

SETTINGS” button in the bottom left corner.

2. Under the “SYSTEM SETTINGS” heading, press the “SET
SYSTEM DATE & TIME”.
3. To set the date, use the arrows on the left to adjust the month, day, and year respectively.
To set the time, use the arrows on the right to adjust the hour, minutes, and seconds respectively. Note that time is represented on a 24 hour clock.
4. To set these new values to the system, press the respective “UPDATE” buttons.
5. To return to the System Settings page, press the “PREVIOUS PAGE” button.
To return to the “MAIN CONTROL FUNCTIONS” page, press the “RETURN HOME” button

SET MOVIE SCHEDULE

2. With the AV system powered up and in “MANUAL” mode, press the “SYSTEM SETTINGS” button to pull up the appropriate menu.
3. Press the “ADJUST MOVIE SCHEDULE” button.
4. To set the movie schedule press the movie title to which movie you want to play at that time.
Press “YES” or “NO” if you want the Safety Countdown on or off.
5. To return to the System Settings page, press the
“PREVIOUS PAGE” button.
To return to the “MAIN CONTROL FUNCTIONS” page, press the “RETURN HOME” button.

PASSWORD CHANGE

1. With the AV system powered up and in “MANUAL” mode, press the “SYSTEM SETTINGS” button to pull up the appropriate menu.
2. Press the “CHANGE PASSWORD” button
3. To change the password press the “Change Password” button
4. Type in the current password “1234” then press “Enter”
5. Once you typed in the current password you can change it to the password you want it to be.

6. When you have typed in the password you want it will pop up with this screen.
PARK MOVIE CONTROL

7. With the AV system powered up, verify or put the system in manual mode by pressing the “AUTO” button under the ‘Control Mode’ heading. When the button reads “MANUAL” the system is in manual mode.
8. To play the park video, select the “PARK MOVIE” button under the ‘Video Source’ heading. “PARK MOVIE” should be the system default.
9. The system will take a moment to switch inputs.

10. When inputs have been switched, the following page appears, offering you control to the park video. Use the “MOVIE 1”, “MOVIE 2”, and “MOVIE 3”, “SAFETY CTNDN”, “SAFETY MSG”, “ARTIFACT LOOP” buttons to select which video you want to play.
Use the “START”, “PAUSE”, and “STOP” buttons to start, pause, and stop respectively.
Use the “YES” or “NO” buttons to turn the Safety Message on and off before the movies.
11. Adjust volume with the arrows in the ‘Volume Control’ subheading. Use the button below to mute the system.
You can only store audio volumes while in manual mode.
12. When volume is at the desired level, set it as a default in the system by pressing and holding the “SET AS DEFAULT VOLUME” for 1 second
13. Press the “RETURN HOME” button to return to the “MAIN
CONTROL FUNCTIONS” page.

4. Turn the lights down half way by pressing the “HALF” button.
5. Turn the lights on low by pressing the “DIM” button.
6. Power down the lights by pressing the “FULL OFF” button.

The doors will take 5-10 seconds before they close.

BUTTON PANEL OPERATION
1. To start the show, off schedule, from either of the two button panels on the racks, press the “JOR”, “HOM”, “SAF
NO CDN”, or “AT HOM” button. This will switch the system to manual mode.

LISTEN WIFI APP
1. Download the “ListenWIFI Personal Listening” app from the android Google Play or iPhone app store.
2. Once the APP is done installing connect to the WIFI labeled “Personal Listening”
3. Once you are connected to the WIFI open the app.
Then select from “Theater 1 Audio Description”, “Theater
1 Hearing Assist”, “Theater 2 Audio Description”, or
“Theater 2 Hearing Assist”.

Accessibility Systems
The Listen LT-800 labeled “Hearing Assist” provides audio from all sources for deaf and hard of hearing visitors. The individual receivers can be adjusted to provide appropriate volume for each visitor.
Another Listen LT-800 labeled “Audio Description” can provide a narration for blind and low vision visitors. On the rear of the rack, plug a microphone into the jack that says Audio Description. The person who will be providing the audio description can now be heard through the wireless audio description receivers.
OPERATION
1. Verify the Assistive Listening Transmitters are turned on. If it is not turned on, press the black power button.
2. Ensure that each receiver is set to the same channel as the desired transmitter.
3. Find a clean earpiece and plug it into the receiver’s headphone jack (located on top). Guests can use their own headphones if they prefer.
4. Turn the receiver on for the guest by turning the wheel marked “Volume” on top of the receiver.
5. A red light on top of the receiver will illuminate to indicate good battery life when the receiver is turned on.
6. Allow the guest to adjust the volume to a comfortable listening level.
7. When the show is over, collect the receiver and turn it off. Clean the earpiece with rubbing alcohol and return the receiver to its original location.
