Questions and Answers LIHO AV upgrade
Q1 - Should existing speakers be utilized again, or new speakers installed?
A: The scope does not require speaker replacement.
Q2 - Are the wireless mics complete systems, or are they combo systems? Please provide the quantity of receivers desired for each system.
A: Offeror shall determine receiver quantity based on microphone requirements as set forth in Paragraph II.5. of the work statement.
Q3 - Is brightscript a requirement for the Brightsign players.
A: Attachment A, Section 5.2.B states in part "…programming shall be in BrightScript….".
Q4 - Could we get a site visit to get a better look at the spaces? Contractors need to see room for lighting, screen condition and construction, projector throw, cable runs, etc.… to generate the most accurate quote.
A: A formal site visit will not be set at this time; however, you may visit on your own as a regular visitor (the only thing you couldn't see would be the projection booth).
If going to site on your own, the Park will try to accommodate (but no guarantee). During such visit, no questions may be asked or answered, only access to the pertinent areas would be granted (if representative is available). All associated costs shall be the responsibility of the offeror.
