Attachment A - List of Sites and Acreage.pdf

This document is an Attachment A detailing site acreages for the Poudre School District's Herbicide and Weed Control Services contract. The document lists forty-six distinct sites across the district, including various schools, high schools, middle schools, elementary schools, and other district properties, with a total combined acreage of 438.306 acres. Sites range from small properties like the Cooper Home at 0.076 acres to larger sites such as Fossil Ridge High School at 56.41 acres and Fort Collins High School at 35.83 acres.

The comprehensive site list provides precise acreage measurements for each location, with a notable annotation for the South Bus Terminal (Rock) site indicating it is 0.68 acres and "non-selective in rock area." The variety of sites suggests the herbicide and weed control services will need to be adaptable to different terrains and property types, from small administrative buildings to large educational campuses. The total acreage of 438.306 indicates a substantial scope of work for the contracted herbicide and weed control services provider.
