The South Carolina Commission for the Blind provides quality individualized vocational rehabilitation services, independent living services, and prevention-of-blindness services to blind and visually impaired consumers with the goal of achieving competitive employment and social and economic independence. This affidavit is a mandatory submission requirement and must be returned prior to contract execution.

The State of South Carolina has amended Title 44, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to health, by adding Chapter 107, so as to enact the Drug-Free Workplace Act.
