Sustainable Acquisition Instructions: Offerors shall furnish the following information as it pertains to this request for proposal. Attach an additional sheet if extra space is needed to answer any item below.

SUSTAINABLE ACQUISITION:

Offeror must demonstrate that an effort is made to utilize bio-based products in its operations. Products can be found at www.biopreferred.gov.

Acceptable: To receive a rating of Acceptable for this factor, technical proposal must demonstrate that offeror shall make an effort to utilize bio-based products in its operations. Technical proposal shall contain a list of products which vendor will make an effort to utilize.

Examples include office supplies such as paper or toner made from recycled materials, bio-diesel fuel, etc.

Unacceptable: Offeror fails to demonstrate they shall make an effort to utilize bio-based products in its operations.
