Labor Category Descriptions
Skill Level. Many Labor Categories have multiple Skill Levels such as Level I (Entry/Junior), Level II (Intermediate) and Level III (Senior). For such categories used in your IGCE, include the skill level in the Labor category title (i.e. "Analyst III" or "Senior Analyst"). Identify skill, education and/or experience associated to that skill level at the end of the Labor Category Description. When no skill Level is specified, identify the minimum skills/experience necessary to successfully perform the services to be performed by that labor category. Two examples are provided below. Delete the examples when completing this form. Before submitting, preview print copy to ensure that no labor category block is not "split" between pages. Adjust final copy accordingly.
