Form Instructions:
1. Please Fill Out Date of Service
2. After each task is complete for the day/date, please initial that the work has been completed.
(If a scheduled task falls on a Federal holiday, the contractor employee shall mark the
Weekly Janitorial Checklist form with "Holiday" for that day.)
Tasks 1-9 will be completed every Mon, Wed and Fri; not weekly.MondayWednesdayFriday
TASK
1. Bldg 1725 and Bldg 1726; Hard Floors: Vinyl Tile, Ceramic Tile & Concrete
1. Maintain hard floors free of grit, soil, dust, scuff and heel marks, stains, spills, debris, litter and other foreign matter
2. Use cleaning method (vacuum, sweep, dust, mop, spot cleaning, etc.) for the specific floor type
3. Clean floor surfaces, including grout, to have a uniform, clean appearance without streaks, detergent residue, or any evidence of soil, stain, film, or standing water
4. Clean baseboards, corners, and wall/floor edges
5. Move items such as chairs, trash receptacles and return items to their original and proper position after cleaning
2. Bldg 1725 and Bldg 1726; Clean Floor Mats
1. Vacuum and/or clean interior and exterior floor mats, carpeted areas
2. Maintain mats free of all visible litter, debris, soil and other foreign matter
3. Remove soil and moisture underneath mats, and return mats to their normal location
4. Post and remove safety signs that indicate the floors are wet
3. Bldg 1725 (Retail, Office, Breakroom, & Bathroom) and Bldg 1726 (Office, Breakroom and Bathroom); Trash Collection/Removal
1. Empty all waste baskets and other trash containers within the interior and immediate exterior area, and return to original location
2. Remove trash bag, depositing it with the trash, and inserting a new trash bag in the trash receptacle
3. Remove boxes, cans, bags and papers placed near a trash receptacle and marked “trash”
4. Pick up and dispose of all trash that may fall onto the facility or grounds during the removal of such collected
5. Dispose of all trash in secured plastic bags, and deposit in the nearest outside trash collection point
6. Adhere to the Base’s trash recycling initiatives
4. Bldg 1725 and Bldg 1726; Drinking Fountains
1. Clean all facility drinking fountains
2. Clean and disinfect all porcelain and polished metal surfaces, including the orifices and drain, as well as exterior surfaces of fountains
3. Ensuring that drinking fountains are free of streaks, stains, spots, smudges, scale and other obvious soil
5. Bldg 1725 and Bldg 1726; Break Rooms
1. Clear al countertop surfaces
2. Clean all refrigerator surfaces (top, around on floor, back on floor)
3. Clean table surfaces
4. Clean chair surfaces
5. Supply/Refill paper towel and soap dispensers
6. Bldg 1725 and Bldg 1726; Bathrooms; Toilets, Fixtures, Sinks (Basins), and Countertops
1. Rinsing, drying and polishing all chromium fixtures and pipes
2. Clean all other metal type fixtures and paper holders with disinfectant solution
5. Clean all sink basins and counter tops with a disinfectant/cleaning solution
6. Scrub toilets and urinals
7. Clean painted fixtures with a mild detergent and wiping dry
7. Bldg 1725 and Bldg 1726; Clean Interior/Exterior Glass-Main Entrance
1. Clean all interior glass up to a height of 84” above floor surface or landing
2. Cleaning shall include glass, interior/exterior glass doors, windows, and adjoining glass walls
3. Ensure all interior/exterior glass is free of film/residue, dirt, smudges/fingerprints, streaks, watermarks
8. Bldg 1725 ad Bldg 1726; Dusting
1. Dust with chemically treated dust rags for window sills, door frames, baseboards, to include woodwork and mirror frames in restrooms, interior heating/ventilation/air conditioning grillwork
2. Ensure surfaces are free of all dust, lint, litter, or other foreign debris for rails, ledges, and building fire extinguishers
3. Dust closets and general storeroom, and keeping orderly and clean
4. Sweep with a counter brush room corners, top of baseboards, underneath cabinets, heating units
9. Bldg 1725 and Bldg 1726; High Dusting – Quarterly
1. High dusting for all surfaces 6 feet and above to include ceiling vents, fans, grills, ledges, interior and exterior lights
2. Ensure surfaces are free of all dust, lint, litter, or other foreign debris

Note: Any cleaning chemicals stored in a locker will have a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) available.
