Attachment 2 – FAR Clause 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting Acknowledgement Form

Solicitation 12805B23Q0621

Clause 52.219-14(e)(3) Limitations on Subcontracting requires the following:

General construction, it will not pay more than 85 percent of the amount paid by the Government for contract performance, excluding the cost of materials, to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities. Any work that a similarly situated entity further subcontracts will count towards the prime contractor's 85 percent subcontract amount that cannot be exceeded.

This Form will be used to help determine if a quote is Acceptable or Not Acceptable, under the “Technical Capability” category of the Lowest Price Technical Evaluation. Offer evaluation method can be located in Section M.
