STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
FOR
TRANSFORMER
FOR
RKMF 21-0047 - CNST 99 CS ITN B2121
1. PROJECT INFORMATION
1.1 General Scope: Contractor shall furnish all design, labor, equipment, material, transportation, administration, supervision and all else necessary to perform all operations in connection with providing a fully functioning transformer unit as described in this SOW for project RKMF 21- 0047, Construct 99th Communications Squadron Information Transfer Node, Building #2121, herein referred to as CONSTRUCT 99 CS INFORMATION TRANSFER BUILDING EASTSIDE (RH) at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), Las Vegas, Nevada.
1.2 Location: The project site is located at Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, Nevada. The Main Base is located approximately nine miles north of downtown Las Vegas on Highway SR 604 (Las Vegas Blvd.). Nellis AFB consists of three main areas: the Main Base, Area II and Area III. This project takes place on Area I.
1.3 Applicable Codes: The latest edition of all applicable U.S. electrical and building codes.
2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Contractor shall provide a new, fully functioning transformer that meets the requirements of the attached salient characteristics.
2.2 Required Delivery Date: 01 August 2023.
2.2.1 Contractor shall submit proposed manufacturing and delivery timeline.
2.3 Contractor shall provide delivery to the laydown area specified by the U.S. Government.
2.4 Each delivery shall include a bill of materials detailing all parts being delivered. Partial deliveries shall be clearly identified as partial and shall include a bill of materials indicating the parts being delivered and the parts remaining to be delivered.
2.5 The US Government shall verify that the quality of parts and match the quantity using the inventory list provided by the contractor with their proposal. Both the US Government representative and the Contractor’s designated person shall sign the inventory and keep a copy for their record.
2.6 Any components found unsatisfactory shall be replaced by the Contractor within 14 calendar days.
2.7 The contractor shall provide a minimum warranty of five (5) years for all parts manufactured.
2.8 The contractor shall provide all manufacturer’s operations and maintenance manuals, both printed and electronic copies.
