Attachment 1 – Technical Specifications

In situ continuous FT-IR reaction analysis system with:

1. In situ continuous FT-IR spectrometer

2. Attenuated total reflectance (ATR) probe with diamond tip

3. Power cord

4. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer with a range of 4000 - 650 cm-1 and a max resolution of 4 cm-1

5. Continuous, real-time, in situ IR reaction monitoring

6. Attenuated total reflectance (ATR) probe with diamond tip for improved chemical resistivity.

7. Probe shaft constructed of Hastelloy C-22 material

8. Thermoelectrically cooled detector to eliminate the need for liquid nitrogen

9. ATR sensor does not protrude outside the probe tip to eliminate possibility of damaging the sensor

10. All probe-wetted parts are compatible with typical organic reagents and solvents

11. Probe ph range: 1 to 14, preferably less than 1.

12. Probe temperature range: -50 to 140+ Celsius

13. Probe pressure range: vacuum up to 10 bar

14. Dimensions: 2' x 2' x 2' or preferably smaller

15. No purge gas is required

16. Software for reaction analysis

17. Delivery within 120 days of receipt of order

18. Installation and training by a service technician

19. One-year maintenance plan

Security Requirement:

A copy of an official government photo ID (State-issued driver’s license or ID card, passport, green card, etc.) must be provided no later than one week before arrival of contract service technician(s) except in the case of emergency service, where only the name of the technician provided via email or telephone will be necessary.
