STATEMENT OF WORK
Procurement of CyberFeds Subscription
DLA Human Resources
Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has a requirement for annual maintenance support for the CyberFeds annual subscription currently being used by the DHRS-DS Systems Team (J1).
Specific Requirements
Annual renewal is required for continued access/use of the CyberFeds Subscription. The CyberFeds subscription allows J-1 employees to access an on-line library of human resource guidance and regulations necessary to perform their job functions. The subscription tool is necessary to comply with current changes in the following areas:
• Classification and Staffing
• EEO
• Employee and Labor relations
• Pay and Benefits and Worker’s Comp
• Case law and arbitration awards
• Other regulations that make up HR program rules
This is a follow on contract.
The Period of Performance for this Contract is:
Base Year April 9, 2023 – April 8, 2024 Option Year 1 April 9, 2024 – April 8, 2025 Option Year 2 April 9, 2025 - April 8, 2026
Contract Administration Data Contracting Officer – The Contracting Officer is the only person authorized to make or approve any changes in any of the requirements of this Contract, and notwithstanding any clauses contained elsewhere in this contract, the said authority remains solely with the Contracting Office. In the event the Contractor makes any changes at the direction of a person other than the Contracting Officer, the change will be considered to have been made without authority and no adjustment will be made in the contract price to cover any increase in cost incurred as a result thereof. The Contracting Officer for individual orders will be noted on the orders.
The Contracting Office responsible for administration of this Contract is DLA Contracting Services Office Columbus.
