Specifications for Herbarium Storage and Drying Cabinets
We require the following:
• All cabinets must be powder coated to a uniform color (preferably tan)
Plant Drying Cabinet – Quantity 1
1. Solid, heavy-gauge steel, reinforced welded case construction
2. High-quality, non-off-gassing powder-coated finish
3. Exterior Dimensions 30 x 32 x 84 in (W x D x H).
4. 120V, 10A Power Source
5. 1000W Ceramic Heater with independent fan and heater function
6. Internal Temperature Heating Capacity of 80°F to 120°F
7. Integrated alarm to sound if internal temperature reaches 125°F
8. Digital thermostat on door with an easy-to-read digital display
9. Door-mounted cabinet fan controller with variable speeds, automated activation, and a shutoff
10. Five adjustable vented shelves on 1/2 in. centers
11. Locking door handle
12. Integrated leveling feet accessible within the cabinet
13. 1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on Heater
14. 5 Year Warranty on Cabinet Body

Botany Museum Cabinet (Half-height, Single-width) – Quantity 2
