REQUEST FOR QUOTATION – 140P8623Q0061
SCOPE OF WORK
FOR THE
INSPECTION, TESTING, MAINTENANCE AND MINOR REPAIR OF
FIRE / BURGLAR DETECTION AND NOTIFICATION SYSTEMS
GOLDEN GATE NATIONAL RECREATION AREA
PART 1 - GENERAL
1.1 Description of Work
In accordance with this scope of work and the requirements specified herein, and with National Park
Service (NPS) Reference Manual 58 (Structural Fire Management), National Fire Protection Association
(NFPA) standards and codes referenced in Section 1.5 of this scope and all other applicable NFPA codes, and Federal, State and local codes and regulations, Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, travel, parts and materials necessary to properly inspect, test, maintain and repair as regularly scheduled and as needed, the fire/ Burglar alarm systems and components of the Golden Gate
National Recreation Area, hereinafter known as “Park”, as specified herein, and any additions thereto.
Periodicity of inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair shall be in accordance with applicable sections of this scope and applicable NFPA codes and standards.
1.2 Qualifications
Contractor shall be a company specializing in inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems, their components and appurtenances.
1.3 Experience
Contractor shall have continuously performed inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems, their components and appurtenances for the past five years.
1.4 Definitions
Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ): The organization, office, or individual responsible for approving equipment, materials, an installation, or a procedure.
CO: Contracting Officer
COR: Contracting Officer’s Representative
Emergency Call-out: The contractor shall be required to respond to an emergency call out within 24 hours of receiving the call for service. An emergency call-out will be conducted when there is a system failure and a “Fire watch” cannot be provided.
Emergency Impairment: A condition where a fire alarm system or portion thereof is out of order due to an unexpected occurrence, such as an electrical surge, an extended power outage, or an interruption of the detection system.
Impairment: A shutdown of a system or portion thereof.
Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance Service: A service program provided by a qualified contractor or qualified owner’s representative in which all components unique to the property’s systems are inspected and tested at the required times and necessary maintenance is provided. This program includes logging and retention of relevant records.
Inspection: A visual examination of a system of portion thereof to verify that it appears to be in operating condition and is free of physical damage.
Minor Repairs: Replacement of smoke head (no more than two per building per year), tighten connections, replacement of flow switches (no more than 2 per building, per year) when malfunctioning.
This does not include replacement of multiple/ high value parts in one system I.E. replacement of panels or major components.

Testing
Control Equipment -- Building Systems Connected to a Supervising Station (NFPA 72; Sec. 14.4.3.2) Functions:
At a minimum, control equipment shall be tested to verify correct receipt of alarm, supervisory, and trouble signals (inputs), operation of evacuation signals and auxiliary functions (outputs), circuit supervision including detection of open circuits and ground faults, and power supply supervision for detection of loss of ac power and disconnection of secondary batteries.
Fuses: The rating and supervision shall be verified.
Interfaced Equipment: Integrity of single or multiple circuits providing interface between two or more control panels shall be verified. Interfaced equipment connections shall be tested by operating or simulating operation of the equipment being supervised. Signals required to be transmitted shall be verified at the control panel.
Lamps and LEDs: Lamps and LEDs shall be illuminated.
Primary (Main) Power Supply: All secondary (standby) power shall be disconnected and tested under maximum load, including all alarm appliances requiring simultaneous operation. All secondary (standby) power shall be reconnected at end of test. For redundant power supplies, each shall be tested separately.
Transponders: Test transponders
Engine-Driven Generator - Central Station Facilities and Fire Alarm Systems
(NFPA 72; 14.4.3.2)
If an engine-driven generator dedicated to the fire alarm system is used as a required power source, operation of the generator shall be verified in accordance with NFPA 110, Standard for Emergency and
Standby Power Systems, by the building owner.
Battery Tests (NFPA 72; Sec. 14.4.3.2)
Replace batteries in accordance with the alarm equipment manufacturer's recommendations or when the recharged battery voltage or current falls below the manufacturer's recommendations.
Lead-Acid Type, Charger Test: With the batteries fully charged and connected to the charger, the voltage across the batteries shall be measured with a voltmeter. The voltage shall be 2.30 volts per cell
±0.02 volts at 77° F or as specified by the equipment manufacturer.
Discharge Test: With the battery charger disconnected, the batteries shall be load tested following the manufacturer's recommendations. The voltage level shall no fall below the levels specified. (30 minutes)
Exception: An artificial load equal to the full fire alarm load connected to the battery shall be permitted to be used in conducting this test.
Load Voltage Test: With the battery charger disconnected, load test the batteries following the manufacturer's recommendations. Verify the voltage level does not fall below the levels specified.
Load testing can be by means of an artificial load equal to the full fire alarm load connected to the battery. Verify the battery does not fall below 2.05 volts per cell under load
• The specific gravity of the liquid in the pilot cell or all of the cells shall be measured as required.
The specific gravity shall be within the range specified by the manufacturer. Although the specified specific gravity varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, a range of 1.205-1.220 is typical for regular lead-acid batteries, while 1.240-1.260 is typical for high-performance batteries. A hydrometer that shows only a pass or fail condition of the battery and does not indicate the specific gravity shall not be used, because such a reading does not give a true indication of the battery condition.
Nickel-Cadmium Type, "Charger Test: With the batteries fully charged and connected to the charger, place an ampere meter in series with the battery under charge. Verify the charging current is in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations for the type of battery used. In the absence of specific information, use 1⁄30 to 1⁄25 of the battery rating."
Discharge Test: With the battery charger disconnected, load test the batteries following the manufacturer’s recommendations. Verify the voltage level does not fall below the levels specified. Load testing can be by means of an artificial load equal to the full fire alarm load connected to the battery.
Load Voltage Test: With the battery charger disconnected, load test the batteries following the manufacturer’s recommendations. Verify the voltage level does not fall below the levels specified. Load testing can be by means of an artificial load equal to the full fire alarm load connected to the battery.
Verify the float voltage for the entire battery is 1.42 volts per cell, nominal, under load. If possible, measure cells individually.
Sealed Lead-Acid Type: Charger Test: With the batteries fully charged and connected to the charger, the voltage across the batteries shall be measured with a voltmeter. The voltage shall be 2.30 volts per cell
±0.02 volts at 77° F or as specified by the equipment manufacturer.
Discharge Test: With the battery charger disconnected, the batteries shall be load tested following the manufacturer's recommendations. The voltage level shall no fall below the levels specified. (30 minutes)
Exception: An artificial load equal to the full fire alarm load connected to the battery shall be permitted to be used in conducting this test.
Load Voltage Test: Verify the battery performs under load, in accordance with the battery manufacturer’s specifications.
Wired Systems: Manual tests of the power supply for public reporting circuits shall be made and recorded at least once during each 24-hour period. Such tests shall include the following:
• Current strength of each circuit. Changes in current of any circuit exceeding 10 percent shall be investigated immediately.
• Voltage across terminals of each circuit inside of terminals of protective devices. Changes in voltage of any circuit exceeding 10 percent shall be investigated immediately.
• Voltage between ground and circuits. If this test shows a reading in excess of 50 percent of that shown in the test specified previously, the trouble shall be immediately located and cleared.
Readings in excess of 25 percent shall be given early attention. These readings shall be taken with a calibrated voltmeter of not more than 100-ohms resistance per volt. Systems in which each circuit is supplied by an independent current source require tests between ground and each side of the circuit. Common current source systems require voltage tests between ground and each terminal of each battery and other current source.
• Ground current reading shall be permitted in lieu of the previous test. If this method of testing is used, all grounds showing a current reading in excess of 5 percent of the supplied line current shall be given immediate attention.
• Voltage across terminals of common battery, on switchboard side of fuses.
• Voltage between common battery terminals and ground. Abnormal ground readings shall be investigated immediately.
Fiber-Optic Cable Power (NFPA 72; Sec. 14.4.3.2)
For periodic testing, test each initiating device circuit, notification appliance circuit, and signaling line circuit for correct indication at the control unit. Confirm all circuits perform as indicated in Sections 23.5, 23.6, and 23.7.
Control Unit Trouble Signals (NFPA 72; Sec. 14.4.3.2)
Audible and Visual: Operation of panel trouble signals shall be verified as well as ring-back feature for systems using a trouble-silencing switch that requires resetting.
Disconnect Switches: If control unit has disconnect or isolating switches, performance of intended function of each switch shall be verified and receipt of trouble signal when supervised function is disconnected shall also be verified.
Ground-Fault Monitoring Circuit: If the system has a ground detection feature, the occurrence of ground-fault indication shall be verified whenever and installation conductor is grounded.
Transmission of signals to off-premises location: An initiating device shall be actuated and receipt of alarm signal at the off-premises location shall be verified.
• A trouble condition shall be created and receipt of a trouble signal at the off-premises location shall be verified.
• A supervisory device shall be actuated and receipt of a supervisory signal at the off-premises location shall be verified. If transmission carrier is capable of operation under a single- or multiple-fault condition, an initiating device shall be activated during such fault condition and receipt of a trouble signal at the off-premises location shall be verified, in addition to the alarm signal.
Emergency Voice/Alarm Communications Equipment (NFPA 72; Sec. 14.4.3.2)
Amplifier/Tone Generators: Correct switching and operation of backup equipment shall be verified.
Call-in Signal Silence: Function shall be operated and receipt of correct visual and audible signals at control panel shall be verified.
Off-hook Indicator (Ring Down): Phone set shall be installed or phone shall be removed from hook and receipt of signal at control panel shall be verified.
Phone Jacks: Phone jacks shall be visually inspected and communications path through jack shall be initiated.
Phone Set: Each phone set shall be activated and correct operation shall be verified.
System Performance: System shall be operated with a minimum of any five handsets simultaneously.
Voice quality and clarity shall be verified.
Remote Annunciators (NFPA 72; Sec. 14.4.3.2)
The correct operation and identification of annunciators shall be verified. If provided, the correct operation of annunciator under a fault condition shall be verified.
Initiating Devices (NFPA 72; Sec. 14.4.3.2 (#17))
Electromechanical Releasing Device:
Non-restorable-Type Link: Correct operation shall be verified by removal of the fusible link and operation of the associated device. Any moving parts shall be lubricated as necessary.
Restorable-Type Link: Correct operation shall be verified by removal of the fusible link and operation of the associated device. Any moving parts shall be lubricated as necessary.
Fire Extinguishing System(s) or Suppression System(s) Alarm Switch:
• The switch shall be mechanically or electrically operated and receipt of signal by the fire alarm control unit shall be verified.
Fire-Gas and Other Detectors:
• Fire-gas detectors and other fire detectors shall be tested as prescribed by the manufacturer and as necessary for the application.
Heat Detectors:
• For restorable fixed-temperature, spot-type heat detectors, two or more detectors shall be tested on each initiating circuit. Different detectors shall be tested each year, with records kept by the building owner specifying which detectors have been tested. Within 5 years, each detector shall have been tested.
• Fixed-Temperature, Rate-of-Rise, Rate-of Compensation, Restorable Line, Spot Type (excluding Pneumatic Tube Type): Perform heat test with a listed and labeled heat source or in accordance with the manufacturer’s published instructions. Assure that the test method for the installed equipment does not damage the non-restorable fixed-temperature element of a combination rate-of-rise/fixed-temperature element detector.
• Fixed-Temperature, Non-restorable Line Type: Heat test shall not be performed. Functionality shall be tested mechanically and electrically. Loop resistance shall be measured and recorded.
Changes from acceptance test shall be investigated.
• Fixed-Temperature, Non-restorable Spot Type: After 15 years from initial installation, all devices shall be replaced or two detectors per 100 shall be laboratory tested. The two detectors shall be replaced with new devices. If a failure occurs on any of the detectors removed, additional detectors shall be removed and tested to determine either a general problem involving faulty detectors or a localized problem involving one or two defective detectors. If detectors are tested instead of replaced, tests shall be repeated at intervals of 5 years.
Non-restorable (General): Heat tests shall not be performed. Functionality shall be tested mechanically and electrically.
Restorable Line Type, Pneumatic Tube Only: Perform heat tests (where test chambers are in circuit), with a listed and labeled heat source or in accordance with the manufacturer’s published instructions of the detector or conduct a test with pressure pump.
Single and Multiple-Station Heat Alarms: Functional tests shall be conducted according to manufacturer's published instructions. Non-restorable heat detectors shall not be tested with heat.
Fire Alarm Boxes:
• Manual fire alarm boxes shall be operated per the manufacturer's published instructions. Key operated pre-signal and general alarm manual fire alarm boxes shall both be tested.
Radiant Energy Fire Detectors:
• Flame detectors and spark/ember detectors shall be tested in accordance with the manufacturer's published instructions to determine that each detector is operative.
• Flame detector and spark/ember detector sensitivity shall be determined using any of the following:
o Calibrated test method o Manufacturer's calibrated sensitivity test instrument o Listed control unit arranged for the purpose o Other approved calibrated sensitivity test method that is directly proportional to the input signal from a fire, consistent with the detector listing or approval
• If designed to be field adjustable, detectors found to be outside of the approved range of sensitivity shall be replaced or adjusted to bring them into the approved range.
• Flame detector and spark/ember detector sensitivity shall not be determined using a light source that administers an unmeasured quantity of radiation at an undefined distance from the detector.
Smoke Detectors:
In other than one- and two-family dwellings, system detectors and single-station smoke alarms:
• The detectors shall be tested in place to ensure smoke entry into the sensing chamber and an alarm response. Testing with smoke or listed aerosol approved by the manufacturer shall be permitted as acceptable test methods. Other methods listed in the manufacturer's published instructions that ensure smoke entry into the sensing chamber shall be permitted.
• Any of the following tests shall be performed to ensure that each smoke detector is within its listed and marked sensitivity range:
o Calibrated test method o Manufacturer's calibrated sensitivity test instrument o Listed control equipment arranged for the purpose o Smoke detector/control unit arrangement whereby the detector causes a signal at the control unit when its sensitivity is outside its listed sensitivity range o Other calibrated sensitivity test method approved by the authority having jurisdiction
Single and multiple-station smoke alarms used in one and two-family dwellings:
• Functional tests shall be conducted according to the manufacturer's published instructions.
Air Sampling: Per test methods recommended in the manufacturer's published instructions, detector alarm response shall be verified through the end sampling port on each pipe run; airflow through all other ports shall be verified as well.
Duct Type: Air duct detectors shall be tested or inspected to ensure that the device will sample the airstream. The test shall be made in accordance with the manufacturer's published instructions.
Projected Beam Type: The detector shall be tested by introducing smoke, other aerosol, or an optical filter into the beam path.
Smoke Detector with Built-in Thermal Element: Both portions of the detector shall be operated independently as described for the respective devices.
Smoke Detector with Control Output Functions: It shall be verified that the control capability shall remain operable even if all of the initiating devices connected to the same initiating device circuit or signaling line circuit are in an alarm state.
Supervisory Signal Devices:
Control Valve Switch: Valve shall be operated and signal receipt shall be verified to be within the first two revolutions of the hand wheel or within one-fifth of the travel distance, or per the manufacturer's published instructions.
High or Low Air Pressure Switch: Switch shall be operated. Receipt of signal obtained where the required pressure is increased or decreased a maximum 10 psi from the required pressure level shall be verified.
Room Temperature Switch: Switch shall be operated. Receipt of signal to indicate the decrease in room temperature to 40° F and its restoration to above 40° F shall be verified.
Water Level Switch: Switch shall be operated. Receipt of signal indicating the water level raised or lowered 3 in. from the required level within a pressure tank, or 12 in. from the required level of a non-pressure tank, shall be verified, as shall its restoral to required level.
Water Temperature Switch: Switch shall be operated. Receipt of signal to indicate the decrease in water temperature to 40° F and its restoration to above 40° F shall be verified.
Mechanical, Electro-sonic, or Pressure-Type Water-flow Devices:
• Water shall be flowed through an inspector's test connection indicating the flow of water equal to that from a single sprinkler of the smallest orifice size installed in the system for wet-pipe systems, or an alarm test bypass connection for dry-pipe, pre-action, or deluge systems in accordance with NFPA 25.
Guard's Tour Equipment (NFPA 72; Sec. 14.4.3.2)
The device shall be tested in accordance with the manufacturer's published instructions.
Interface Equipment (NFPA 72; Sec. 14.4.3.2)
Interface equipment connections shall be tested by operating or simulating the equipment being supervised. Signals required to be transmitted shall be verified at the control panel.
Special Hazard Equipment (NFPA 72; Sec. 14.4.3.2)
Abort Switch (Dean-Man Type): Abort switch shall be operated. Correct sequence and operation shall be verified.
Abort Switch (Recycle Type): Abort switch shall be operated. Development of correct matrix with each sensor operated shall be verified.
Abort Switch (Special Type): Abort switch shall be operated. Correct sequence and operation in accordance with authority having jurisdiction shall be verified. Sequencing on as-built drawings or in owner's manual shall be observed.
Cross Zone Detection Circuit: One sensor or detector on each zone shall be operated. Occurrence of correct sequence with operation of first zone and then with operation of second zone shall be verified.
Matrix-Type Circuit: All sensors in systems shall be operated. Development of correct matrix with each sensor operated shall be verified.
Release Solenoid Circuit: Solenoid shall be used with equal current requirements. Operation of solenoid shall be verified.
Squibb Release Circuit: AGI flashbulb or other test light approved by the manufacturer shall be used.
Operation of flashbulb or light shall be verified.
Verified, Sequential, or Counting Zone Circuit: Required sensors at a minimum of four locations in circuit shall be operated. Correct sequence with both the first and the second detector in alarm shall be verified.
All above devices or circuits or combinations thereof: Supervision of circuits by creating an open circuit shall be verified.
Alarm Notification Appliances (NFPA 72; Sec. 14.4.3.2 (#21))
Audible:
Preplanned Impairment: Any condition that a fire detection system or a portion thereof, is out of service due to scheduled work planned in advance.
Qualified: Having knowledge of the installation, construction, or operation of fire detection system, their components and appurtenances, and the hazards involved.
PART 2 - CONTRACT HOURS AND RESPONSE TIMES
2.1 General
All inspection and testing services shall be scheduled to be performed during regular working hours, as described herein. All services shall be performed in a timely and professional manner in order to provide the best possible protection of the building occupants and property of the Park.
2.2 Regular Working Hours
Regular working hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federally observed holidays.
2.3 Overtime Hours
Only emergency repairs shall be authorized during overtime hours (5:01 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.). All overtime work must be approved by the AHJ and the COR prior to being initiated.
2.4 Weekends and Federally Observed Holidays
Only emergency repairs shall be authorized during weekends and holidays. All weekend and holiday work must be approved by the AHJ or the COR prior to being initiated.
2.5 Use of Ferry for maintaining systems on Alcatraz
Any use of the Alcatraz Ferry will need to be approved by the Fire Marshal or an assigned employee prior to the contractor using the Ferry services.
2.6 Parking for Alcatraz
Any parking fees will be paid for by the contractor.
Part 3 - Reports
3.1 Written Reports
Contractor shall prepare written reports of all inspection and testing results using National Park Service forms inspection and testing forms. These completed reports shall be presented to the Park after work is completed. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate forms from the Park.
Part 4 – Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Repairs
4.1 Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Repairs
Counts specified for the various tasks below are projections based on the Park’s most current information available at the time of bid release, and may vary depending upon contract award date, service history, and other factors. Contractor shall perform inspection and testing services in accordance with the Scope of Work described below:

4.3 Impairments / Emergency Impairments / Preplanned Impairments
The Contractor shall perform all impairment procedures in accordance with NFPA 25, 72 and 101, to ensure that increased risks are minimized and the duration of the impairment is limited.
4.4 Repairs
Correct deficiencies discovered during maintenance, inspections, tests, or as requested by the Park in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, applicable NFPA Codes, and all other applicable codes and regulations. Corrections and repairs shall be performed by qualified maintenance personnel or a qualified contractor.

• Parts and equipment removed from service shall be legally disposed of or delivered to the
Facility Services Department, as directed by the Park Fire Official. In no event shall parts or equipment removed from service be abandoned at the work site.
4.5 Parts and Materials
Parts and materials furnished by the Contractor shall be new, unused, and un-refurbished, unless otherwise required or permitted by the Contract. Replacement parts shall be of the same type and characteristics by the same manufacturer as the parts being replaced or shall be fully compatible and functional within that fire detection and notification system, equipment, or component.
Part 5 - DELIVERABLES
5.1 Period of Performance
Base Year: 08/01/2023 – 07/31/2024
5.2 Protection of Persons and Property
The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions for the protection of persons and property, including the Park’s employees, park partners, concessionaires, park visitors, and the general public. Any damages to Park property resulting from the Contractor’s performance of the contract shall be repaired to the
Park’s satisfaction at the Contractor’s expense. All repairs must be approved by the Park prior to being initiated.
5.3 Inspection Schedule
After contract award, the Contractor shall coordinate a fire protection system inspection and testing schedule with the Park.
5.4 Ownership of Information
All professional and technical information developed under this contract, and all work sheets, reports, and related data shall become the property of the Park, and the contractor agrees to deliver reproducible signed copies of such documents to the Park on completion of the services hereunder, or at the Park’s request.
5.5 Contacts
The NPS CO shall designate a COR who shall have authority to direct the Contractor’s performance in matters relating to policy, information requirements and procedural requirements related to the contract work. The COR will monitor the contract and the performance of the Contractor, and any subcontractors. COR contact information will be provided to the Contractor at the time the contract is awarded. The Contractor shall provide telephone and/or cellular telephone numbers whereby the
Contractor may be contacted during regular working hours, as defined herein.
5.6 Acceptance of Work
Completion of all work performed under the contract shall be subject to final acceptance by the Park.
The Contractor shall promptly correct all work rejected by the Park as faulty, defective, or failing to conform to the Contract, whether observed before or after substantial completion of the work, and whether or not inspected, tested, repaired, fabricated, installed, or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected work.
5.7 Right to Add or Delete Sites
The Park reserves the right to add or delete fire suppression systems, or related components, during the contract period. Contractor agrees to extend bid pricing to any fire suppression system or related component added to the contract.
5.8 Invoices
Invoices shall include:
• Purchase order number
• Date service(s) performed
• Location or building
• Description of service(s) performed
• Hours worked
• Hourly rate(s) charged
• Any parts and materials (as approved by the COR and AHJ
• Pricing and markup
5.9 Warranties
Throughout the course of the contract, Contractor shall repair or replace, without additional cost to the
Park, all defective work and replace all defective materials furnished or installed by the Contractor.
Contractor shall provide parts and equipment warranties from the manufacturers that are the standard, published warranties on the manufacturers’ letterhead. All warranty items shall be full term, not prorated for the partial year of installation.
5.10 Access
All Contractor representatives shall be required to present verification of employment with the following information prior to beginning work. The Contractor representative shall submit copies of this information to the COR.
• Employer ID card
• Date of birth
• Current driver’s license number
• Business address
• Office and cell phone numbers
5.11 Special Provisions
A. Weapons, guns, and knives unrelated to the work activities shall not be allowed on the work site or in vehicles parked on Park property. The Contractor shall be responsible for notifying all workers of this requirement.
B. Alcoholic beverages shall not be allowed on the work site or in vehicles parked on Park property. The
Contractor shall be responsible for notifying all workers of this requirement.
C. All Contractor’s workers shall comply with the Park’s regulations regarding tobacco use. The
Contractor shall be responsible for notifying all workers of this requirement.
D. Park personnel will not accept materials or equipment deliveries for the Contractor.
E. The Contractor shall save, keep, hold harmless and indemnify the Park from all damages, costs, or expenses in law or equity that may at any time arise or be set up because of damages to property or personal injury received by reason of or in the course of performing work which may be occasioned by any willful or negligent act or omissions of the Contractor, any of the Contractor’s employees, or any subcontractors.
F. The Contractor shall be responsible for any liability imposed by law and for death, injury, or damage to property of any person including, but not limited to, workmen, subcontractors, and the public, resulting from any cause whatsoever during the progress of the work or at any time before its completion and final acceptance.
G. If any judgment is rendered against the Park or Park employee for any injury, death, or damage caused by Contractor as a result of work performed or completed, pursuant to this agreement, Contractor shall, at its own expense, satisfy and discharge any judgment.
H. As used above, the term Park means Park employees, concessionaires, and volunteers’. Contractor shall file with the Park concurrently herewith a Certificate of Insurance, in companies acceptable to the Park, with a Best's Rating of no less than A: VII showing.
J. Contractor provides Workers’ Compensation Insurance as required by any applicable law or regulation. Employer's liability insurance shall be provided in amounts not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each accident for bodily injury by accident, one million dollars ($1,000,000) policy limit for bodily injury by disease, and one million dollars ($1,000,000) each employee for bodily injury by disease.
K. Contractor shall require all subcontractors to maintain adequate Workers' Compensation insurance.
Certificates of Workers' Compensation shall be presented to the Park Contracting Officer upon demand.
