CONTRACT FOR DISASTER DEBRIS REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL SERVICES
RFP-24-XXXX
This Contract, entered into this day of , 2025 by and between the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 1769 East Moody Blvd., Bunnell, FL 32110, hereinafter called the COUNTY, and (CONTRACTOR) whose address is (ADDRESS) hereinafter called the CONTRACTOR.
WITNESSES: That the COUNTY agrees with the CONTRACTOR, as follows:
The Contract shall consist of the following, all of which are hereby made a part hereof:
a. RFP-24-XXXX Proposal Documents including Addendums
b. RFP-24-XXXX Proposal Submission
c. Insurance Certificate(s)
The CONTRACTOR agrees to furnish all labor, equipment, material, and the skill necessary for the complete work as set forth in the component parts of the Contract described herein and to the satisfaction of the COUNTY or its duly authorized representative.
The CONTRACTOR agrees to commence the work to be done under this Contract, beginning XXX X, 2025 for three (3) years with the option for two (2) additional one (1) year renewals, not to exceed a total of five (5) years.
The COUNTY agrees to pay the CONTRACTOR for the services rendered, in accordance with the pricing structure set forth in the Proposal Submission.
In WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Agreement on the day and year set forth below.
