By signing the offer, the Contractor agrees to all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation and agrees to furnish any awarded items at the price set in the schedule unless otherwise excepted as follows: _____________________________________________________________________________

Company Name:____________________________________________________________ Unique Entity ID:___________________________________________________________

Schedule Notes:

a) Parking lot may interfere with ability for delivery vehicle(s) to turn (approximate dimensions are 80 Ft X 65 Ft). Backing in from the road may be required.

b) The new storage building will be installed on the East side of the warehouse, between the warehouse and the property fence-line. Contractors are cautioned that a powerline runs above the fencing.

c) The power box needs to be located towards the front left corner of the building to allow for proper electric hookup.

d) Contractors must have an active registration with www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Please note that a status of "ID Assigned" is not the same as an active registration.

e) The government anticipates awarding one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract from this solicitation. Payment will only be made for the items listed in the schedule. Any work necessary to complete this project, that does not appear in the schedule above, is considered incidental to the items shown.

f) If your quote exceeds $35,000.00 than the price must include any applicable costs related to FAR clause 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections. No adjustments to the awarded price will be made due to a contractor's failure to account for the price of payment protections in their quote.

g) A pre-quote conference is scheduled for 07/18/2023 (Refer to Section L, Pages 28-29). Please contact David Paul David.Paul2@usda.gov, or Matt Hahn Matthew.Hahn@usda.gov for technical questions.
