2. Different sets of students will attend each of the two training events.

• Deployment (operations/programming) and expansion of MOTOTRBO systems

• Maintenance of radios to be delivered

• Programming/set up of Motorola digital repeaters SLR8000/SLR5500

• All pertinent topics in enhancing and integrating the operational systems when and/or by using the new Motorola equipment

4. Training class size is 20 students

5. Contractor will provide Plan of Instructions for all training

6. Contractor will provide training materials for the students

7. Training will be held at a end-user location in Tajikistan

8. Training Delivery/Language will be in Russian

9. Contractor will recommend the training duration based on submitted Plan of Instructions

10. Contractor will provide adequate instructor(s) to ensure training effectiveness.

11. Typical training day will be 8 hrs/day to support classroom and hands-on training

12. End-users will provide training support and logistics (i.e., training classroom/facilities/site access/escorts); contractor will coordinate other training support with the end-user.

13. Contractor will include Travel costs (Air Fare, Lodging, Per Diem, DBA) in their training cost
