Statement of Work (SOW) Vehicle Management Building 193 and 198 Holloman AFB NM 88330

SCOPE OF WORK

The quoter is responsible for all the necessary engineering, material procurement, management, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, components, and disposal of old parts/system and comply with the contract’s General Conditions to successfully complete the replacement of existing vehicle exhaust system unit in building 198 and the parts necessary for repairing the existing exhaust system in building 193.

General description of requirements for building 193

· Current systems is manufactured by Fume-a-Vent. The part numbers for the parts that need to be replaced are as follows:

5”X30’ 600 degree 2MIL Hose is H-02MIL-0524 Stainless Steel Tapered Cone is TPA-04-05 Simple Drop Kit is SDPK

· Remove 16 existing five inch by 30 foot 600 degree Type 2MIL hoses, 16 five inch Stainless Steel Tapered Cones to fit a five inch hose and 16 Simple Drop Kits and install new the following items; 16 five inch by 30 foot 600 degree Type 2MIL hoses, 16 five inch Stainless Steel Tapered Cones to fit five inch hoses and 16 Simple Drop Kits to maintain the existing requirement of 559.15 +/-CFM.

· Installer shall test the system once installation is completed for full operability.

· Contract is not complete until the Government has confirmed that the system performs to the minimum standards by conducting its own system test.

General description of requirements for building 198

· Demolish/remove existing vehicle exhaust system from the premises in accordance for all equipment defined by awarded vendor’s quote.

· Prepare area for installation of the new exhaust system to accommodate new materials.

· Install new exhaust system that consists of two 2, 7.50HP/3-Phase Pressure Blower capable of 472 CFM, ducting package, fan control box starter, 12 six inch soft rubber tailpipe adapters with spring clamp and plug, 12 simple drop kits and 12 five inch by 20 foot 600 degree Type 2MIL hoses, six on each side of the building which shall have a minimum of 640-995 CFM.

· Installer shall test the system once installation is completed for full operability.

· Contract is not complete until the Government has confirmed that the system performs to the minimum standards by conducting its own system test.

*All old materials/trash shall be removed by the installer and disposed of at an off-site location.
