About this file

Amendment One Summary

This Amendment One document modifies the Strategic Plan Development (STI) contract opportunity for the State of South Carolina. The amendment updates the original contract terms and conditions to reflect changes in project requirements, deliverables, or administrative procedures. The document establishes revised specifications and expectations for the strategic plan development services, including any modifications to scope, timeline, or performance metrics that differ from the original solicitation. The amendment supersedes conflicting provisions in the base contract and establishes new compliance requirements and procedural guidelines for the contractor performing the strategic planning services.

The amendment addresses modifications to pricing structures, payment terms, or reimbursable expenses associated with the contract. It specifies any changes to set-asides, minority or disadvantaged business enterprise requirements, or incumbent contractor considerations. The document clarifies funding sources and appropriations allocated to support the amended contract activities, along with any adjustments to contract duration, renewal options, or termination provisions. All contractors must acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the amendment terms as a condition of continued contract performance or eligibility for award.

This law appears in Section 11-35-1524 of the South Carolina Code of Laws. A summary of the new preferences is available at www.procurement.sc.gov/preferences. ALL THE PREFERENCES MUST BE CLAIMED AND ARE APPLIED BY LINE ITEM, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER AWARD IS MADE BY

CLAIMING ANY PREFERENCES. THE REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY HAVE CHANGED. IF YOU

REQUEST A PREFERENCE, YOU ARE CERTIFYING THAT YOUR OFFER QUALIFIES FOR THE
