RECEIVED HAVE BEEN REPRINTED BELOW. THE “STATE’S RESPONSE” SHOULD BE READ WITHOUT
REFERENCE TO THE QUESTIONS. THE QUESTIONS ARE INCLUDED SOLELY TO PROVIDE A CROSS-

PROVISON. STRICKEN TEXT IS DELETED. [02-2A097-1]
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ARE BELOW. THE SCDOT’S ANSWER APPEARS IN RED.
1. Can you provide 1000 feet of cable? Why just 650? 650 min. up to 1000’
2. Can the 1 TB of storage be a portable storage device? Yes, 1 TB of external storage is acceptable if using
USB connection (3.0) but our newest SCDOT computers now have USB-C as well
3. Will B-N-C connectors be allowed instead of HDMI? Our devices do not support B-N-C connectors (as long as the device can ultimately transfer data to the end computer via USB or video by HDMI)
4. Would 880 Resolution be considered high enough Definition? Can go as high as 1080
5. Would a 45 day delivery be acceptable? yes
6. What resolution are you deeming as high definition? And does the viewing device output resolution need to match the camera’s resolution? 1080, yes it should match
