1. Of the $40,000 budget provided, does that include the $10,000 that has to be taken out for the stipend?

Yes

2. Can this budget include food for the students?

No – Meals are allowable only if you are in a travel capacity.

3. Will the contractor be required to obtain participants?

The contractor will not be responsible for recruitment of participant.

4. Should the stipend of $500 be included as a part of the budget?

Yes

5. The Mandatory Orientation and Closing Program, is that included in the 6 week program?

The mandatory orientation should occur prior to the start of the program. The closing program is included in the six (6) week program
