Conditions: The terms in senction 3.37 have changed. Vendors will be allowed to submit price increases on an annual basis. Price increases should not exceed 5% per year. All price increase requests will be submitted to the Procurement Officer at least 30 days prior to the anniversary date of the contract.

A signed copy of this Addendum must be submitted with your bid. If your bid response has been returned, submit this Addendum by the closing date indicated above.
