FIRE PLAN FOR CONSTRUCTION AND SERVICE CONTRACTS CHECKLIST
03/06/2013
Program Managers shall provide the following site-specific information for inclusion in the Region 5 standard fire plan (03/06/2013 edition) when the service or construction project requires a fire plan.
Section 4
This contract requires, does not require, a Fire Box and associated Fire Tools according to
CPRC Section 4428.
This contract requires, does not require, Section 4E of the Fire Plan.
