PART 1: THE SCHEDULE

Fully Refined Paraffin Wax USDA, APHIS, Wildlife Services (WS)

ITEMS AND PRICES

Fully refined Paraffin wax used in the manufacturing of feed blocks for use in servicing of Brown Tree Snakes (BTS) traps located in Guam and Islands of the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas. This contract is for a fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The effective period of the contract is from date of award through five (5) years. Timely delivery of this Paraffin Wax is most important, and pricing shall reflect FOB destination shipping costs. Therefore, shipping of the items must be included in the price for the line items as well as all overheard and material costs to deliver the items to the USDA, APHIS facility in Guam.

The quantities listed on the schedule are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The line item quantities listed in the Pricing Schedule are for evaluation purposes only and are not intended to convey either a minimum or maximum quantity that will be ordered by the Government. The unit price that will be paid for any line item will not be changed based on the quantity actually ordered by the Government. The minimum guaranteed order under this contract is two (2) pallets (4400 lbs.).

An estimated of six (6) deliveries (26,400 lbs.) per year with a minimum of two (2) pallets (4400 lbs.) per delivery; frequency of order would be every two (2) to three (3) months or upon an as needed basis. The contractor will maintain at their location an uninterrupted supply of two (2) pallets available to ship within fourteen (14) days’ notice throughout length of contract. However, the first order shipment may exceed 14 days’ notice.

SCHEDULE NOTES

Contractor shall submit a firm-fixed price offer for all costs including shipping costs to furnish Paraffin Wax in accordance with the specifications in PART 2: STATEMENT OF WORK.

In order for an interested part to have a complete quote package, the package must contain the following items to be considered responsive.

a. The solicitation (SF-30 - Solicitation amendment) signed offer.

b. PART 1: THE SCHEDULE including proposed pricing for all items.

c. Documentation that proves that the product offered meets the requirements listed in PART 2: STATEMENT OF WORK

d. A completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items or OR confirmation that this has been completed in SAM.
