3) Credentials, is the Contractor a Licensed Master Plumber or Well Driller.

Recommended Evaluation Criteria (Section M)

The contractor’s proposal will be evaluated based on the following Criteria, listed in order of importance.

1) Price.

2) Experience of contractor performing similar work

3) Methodology and materials.
