MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS

Portable (Handheld) Hyperspectral Spectroradiometer

Items highlighted in yellow are changes from the original minimum specifications.

1. Spectral Range: 350 – 2500 nm

2. Spectral Resolution (FWHM): 3nm or better at 700 nm, 9 nm or better at 1500 nm, 6 nm or better at 2100 nm

3. Sampling Interval: 1 nm increments

4. Internal Memory Storage (on-board the radiometer)

5. Entrance Optics: 4 -25 degree FOV, with adapter for fiber optic (prefer either a 14 or 25 FOV, but will settle for smaller FOV if significant difference in pricing; the base unit should have fixed optics but be have built-in adaptability for fiber optic use)

6. Calibration: NIST traceable

7. Communications: USB and wireless (e.g., Bluetooth) that is PDA or laptop compatible

8. Operating Software: Included

9. Post-processing Software: Included

10. Power Supply: Both AC and battery

11. Carrying Case: Included

12. Trade-in Credit For: ASD FieldSpec Pro – Model FRP350-2500PFR – Serial # 6143 - acquired 10-13-1999.

Incorporate FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items. (OCT 2014) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers. Factors listed in the relative order of importance: (i) Technical capability of the item offered to meet or exceed the Governments requirement; (ii) Past performance; (iii) Price.

Technical and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price.
