Answer: I believe you are asking about bonding. No bid bond required, performance and payment bonds will be required within 10 days after award.

O. What is the MBE % participation? Answer: The only percentage is that this is a total small business set-aside, no percentage for other small business types.

P. What is the distance from Manhole to Library or the path of the existing duct? Answer: Roughly

800 feet.

Q. What is the path and distance from Bldgs. 307 to both 307B &307C? Answer: Conduit path roughly

R. Are we to engineer/permit the entire project?

T. Since the fiber is a direct bury where are the handholes to be installed? And is a straight splice allowed or is the fiber to be one continuous cable? Answer: Fusion splices are allowed at each of the five handholes.

gg. Will an environmental impact study be required for boring under the creek and who will be responsible for it if one is required? Answer:

We offered the solution of attaching pipe to the side of bridge to avoid going under the creek.
