SECTION M -- EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD
M-1 AWARD DETERMINATION
The Government will issue an order as a result of this Request For Quotations (RFQ) to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, cost or price and other factors considered, (e.g., past performance, understanding of the requirements, and quality of work; including the administrative cost of the purchase).
The Government may reject any or all quotes, issue orders to other than the lowest quote, and waive minor informalities or irregularities in quotes received. If necessary, the Government may conduct discussions with any or all quoters. Price is approximately equal in importance to the technical evaluation factors. As the difference between technical scoring decreases, price will increase in relative importance. For purposes of efficiency the Government may reduce the total number of contractors being considered for award, based on price alone.
M-2 EVALUATION FACTORS
The following evaluations factors are listed in descending order of importance.
Responses to evaluation factors may be submitted on a separate document.
1. Contractor’s Past Performance History
Provide a listing of your projects for the past three-year period, which most closely relate to the type of work in this solicitation. Include the dates of performance, the company name, the name of a contact person/s, and their telephone number.
If you have failed to complete any project in the last three-year period, provide any information regarding the cause or remedy of that particular situation.
Road 19 Asphalt Repairs
2. Contractor’s Capability.
