K-3. FAR 52.204-8 Annual Representations And Certifications (Apr 2016) (a)(1) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237990.

Awards made under this solicitation are subject to the provisions contained in sections 433 and 434 in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012 (P.L.
