Beartooth Ranger District Prospectus Appendix E I. Outfitter-Guide Business Plan (Supply a detailed business plan that includes the following)
a) Address marketing methods and strategies
b) Demonstrate the ability to market and provide a marketing plan to meet public need and to promote big game hunting and recreational outfitting opportunities
c) Identify the applicant’s knowledge of financial and business management needs and practices
d) Identify the applicant’s ability to manage and direct personnel and guests
e) Describe how service is provided and how the quality of public service is ensured
f) Describe how the big game hunting experience is delivered to the client
g) Demonstrate that fees charged to the public are reasonable and fair
II. Financial Plan – Financial statements are secured in confidence and are not public information:
a) Furnish evidence of having the financial resources needed to market and operate the proposed business.
b) Describe additional expenses related to this specific opportunity if already licensed for an existing business.
c) Describe pricing structure for clients, including differential pricing and trip costs per client.
III. Return to Government
a) Additional services to improve National Forest facilities or resources used in the operation of the applicants business will also be considered.
