8. Describe the type of operation that you are proposing and how your business will be conducted. Describe numbers of anticipated guests and staff per trip and how guests will be cared for from arrival to departure.

9. Describe any proposed services, recruitment policies, or equipment that benefits guests that are disabled, economically disadvantaged or belong to minority and/or urban populations.

10. Describe which roads, trails or other routes will be used during your operations (include a map).

11. If you are proposing to use overnight use in your operation, describe the areas you would like to use (include a map).

12. Emergency Preparedness. Describe communications, evacuation procedures, first aid equipment, rescue methods, and other safety precautions that you will employ for the proposed operation.

13. What level of training, medical or otherwise, have the guides received to ensure safety of clients? List certification/qualifications of employees.

14. Other Equipment. Describe the number, type and condition of equipment that will be used for the proposed operation.

15. Describe any techniques, programs or approaches that you will use in the proposed operations to interpret and/or educate your guests on the natural and human history of the area, Wilderness philosophy, and National Forest management objectives.

16. Describe how resource protection will be addressed? The protection of soils, vegetation, and trails. How will trash be disposed of? Human Waste? Storage and handling of attractants (human food, garbage, etc.). Leave no Trace?

17. How will you minimize potential bear/human encounters?

18. Describe any other relevant information you feel that will help us evaluate your application.
