14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.
Region 1 Exclusive Use Light Fixed Wing Aerial Survey Solicitation
The purpose of this amendment is to update the requirements in Section B-2 and Section 32.
1. Replace Section B-2 with the attached B-2 on page B-1 of the solicitation. The changes are highlighted in yellow.
2. Replace Section C-32 with the attached C-32 on page C-36 of the solicitation. The changes are highlighted in yellow.
3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.

**Note: Operational capability of Air Tactical Type 2 can be met for purposes of this contract only by addition of all or a portion of a supplemental radio kit. For example:
“Type 3 Air Tactical with supplemental kit for Type 2 Air Tactical capability” or similar would be acceptable to be responsive under this contract. However, supplemental kits will not raise the Air Tactical level of an aircraft for purposes of dispatching to assignments.

(1) If turbo-charged indicate by adding a “(T)” after the entry. If turbo-prop indicate by adding a “(TP)” after the entry.
(2) Fuel consumption expressed in gallons per hour at 65% power, at 5000 feet MSL, at ISA, as stated in Aircraft Flight Manual.
(3) Indicate avionics type. Refer to section C under avionics requirements for types and definitions. Enter R for reconnaissance, AT1, AT2, AT3, and AT4 for air tactical types 1 through 4.
C-32 PAYMENT FOR CANCELLED, DELAYED OR SHORT DURATION FLIGHT
(a) If the Government cancels an ordered flight less than 2-hours prior to the scheduled departure time, the Government shall pay a sum equal to 1-hour flight time unless the flight is reordered and flown during the date initially requested.
(b) If a flight is delayed by the Government, Ordered Standby will be paid.
(c) No payment will be made under this clause when the delay or cancellation is the result of weather.
(d) Flight(s) of less than one hour duration during a day shall be paid at a sum equal to the actual flight hours or a minimum of one hour flight time, whichever is greater.
