(3) As a result of the contractor submitting to the CO a written request showing evidence of errors in the original design that cause a PAY ITEM quantity to change by 15 percent or more. The evidence must be verifiable and consist of calculations, drawings, or other data that show how the designed quantity is believed to be in error.

(b) Actual Quantities (AQ). These quantities are determined from measurement of completed work or certified receipts.

(c) Lump Sum Quantities (LSQ). These quantities denote one complete unit of work as required by or described in the contract, including necessary materials, equipment, and labor to complete the job.

Drawings, large scale drawings over small scale drawings 3). Schedules on drawings over notations on drawings c). Section C – Specifications 1). Special Project Specifications 2). http://www.recreation.gov/

If additional days of cabin use are desired, the Forest Service will secure reservations for up to 25 additional days. Notify the COR of the desired days for use for the cabin so the Forest Service can secure reservations; if the cabin has been previously reserved the cabin will be unavailable during that period.

If the cabin is used, provide firewood to replace used firewood and provide one additional cord of firewood placed in the cabin wannigan.

c).The area may be frequented by brown bears, which may become habituated to humans and may be attracted by activity and food. In the campsite, store food in a bear-proof container or hang at least 12 feet above ground. Avoid leaving any food scraps at any time in camp or on the trail.

It does not include small battery or gas powered hand carried devices such as shavers, wristwatches, flashlights, cameras, stoves, or other similar equipment.”

Any restrictions placed on the use of motorized equipment would not apply on non-National Forest land, which extends to the mean high tide line. Therefore, boats, planes or other equipment operated below mean high tide would be allowed.

The Government will field stake the beginning stations for work areas at the time of construction.

Provide any other construction survey work required to complete the project.
