About this file
This document is an Addendum #1 to Request for Proposal No. 25-08-01 for Financial Auditing Services issued by the City of Centennial. The addendum provides responses to four questions from potential bidders regarding the upcoming financial audit process, with details about the most recent audit and potential requirements for the upcoming audit year.
The document reveals that the 2024 audit was presented and accepted by City Council on August 19, 2025, and will be available online by August 20, 2025. The city is uncertain whether a single audit will be required for the 2025 audit, noting ongoing projects with federal funds that may or may not be spent in 2025. The city indicates it will provide all documentation requested on the PBC (Prepared by Client) list and anticipates using a new module within its ERP system to prepare the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (ACFR). The proposal does not disclose the fee for the previous audit, stating this information will not be shared as part of the Request for Proposal process.
